TO OUR PRACTICE
Our Aims For You
Our aim is simple. In our Devizes dental practice, we will offer
and provide you with the dental treatment which we give to our
own staff, family and friends. It is our privilege to treat you as a special individual, and not to "process" you as seems to increasingly happen in some practices.
This treatment extends from a very comfortable and pleasing
Reception Area with newspapers, magazines and complimentary
drinks all the way to your actual dental care. We want you to
feel that going for dental visits need not be the out-dated
concept of rushing in, perching nervously alongside a throng
of others on a stackable or bench seat and waiting for that
call of “Next!”. Very definitely, you will not have
that experience at our Practice.
In fact, we would encourage you to arrive with time in hand
so that you can be seated comfortably and unwind. You will gain
more from your visit that way.
Pictures on the walls and flowers catch the eye of those not
reading. A complimentary range of drinks are served in elegant
Villeroy & Bosch china, and you may choose from various
teas, coffee, cappuccino or espresso, or mineral water. These
are available to both patients and their partners or escorts.
Our highly competent, sympathetic and friendly team make time
for you. There is no way of providing worthwhile treatment unless
there is adequate time allowed.
We especially strive to reassure the anxious, the nervous, the
apprehensive. There’s no cause for embarrassment –
you’re certainly not unusual in any way in this Wiltshire
dental practice. Your concerns can be dealt with.
For very many years we have provided that extra degree of caring
that the anxious or apprehensive patient
needs but so often cannot obtain. Once we have got to know
you at your First Visit, we can
offer you the treatment plan that is in your best interests.
The surgeries are modern and fully air conditioned all year
round so that air is constantly refreshed, filtered and temperature-adjusted
for comfort and safety.
Equipment, techniques and cleanliness are to a high standard.
Staff are trained in cross-infection control for your safety
and peace of mind.

is different. We are Private and not bound in to
the state NHS or any company or insurance systems.

So we have a choice in how we present our particular practice,
our facilities for you the patients, what treatments we offer,
and, very importantly, how we choose to actually treat our patients.
You want consistency of treatment by the same team, in order
for you to feel confident and comfortable. We provide this.
We do not have a different dentist each time and therefore differing
treatments. You know who you are going to see, unlike the increasing
trend in NHS practices of seeing whoever is being employed.
We choose to follow the simple philosophy of offering to you
what we would wish to be offered ourselves. |
