As a valued patient, I do hope you have found trust in what we seek to provide for you. We have now reached the stage where we can invite you to choose to become a Member of the Practice and continue under our care.

All our Practice Members are keen on the prevention of oral diseases. This may be gum disease, other mouth lesions, or tooth decay. They want low-maintenance mouths. They want to see us as little as possible and spend less time and money with us! However, they realise that the best way to prevent is to get checked regularly, so they all aim to receive at least two examinations and some X-rays annually. Also they have the comfort of knowing that those particular treatment items are paid for wholly by their Membership Plan. No fees to pay and no paperwork on regular examinations and X-rays for them. (Any other treatments are paid for according to the published scale of fees.) Furthermore, they know that their emergency dental needs in or out of hours when away from the Practice are included within their Membership.

Members and their registered children under 18y can avail themselves of our services between examinations and Hygienist visits when need arises, in or out of Practice hours. We do not look after non-members with the exception of New Patients, and Membership is restricted to those who have been invited. Membership is conferred immediately following invitation.

Your Membership Subscription provides:

• All Examinations and X-rays FREE – items that ALL regular patients will need.
• Full access to Practice services.
• Prompt attention for pain and sudden problems.
• Access to out of hours dental emergency services locally.

Worldwide dental emergency service fees away from the Practice are covered by insurance included in your Membership. (Out of hours, a genuine emergency callout attended by me is without charge.)

Members’ registered under 18s have a special low fee tariff. (Under 6s free.)

How do you become a Member?
By direct debit monthly or annually, or by cheque/cash for a year’s subscription.

What is the cost?
Only £9.70 per month or £116.40 per year. (Only applicable in the first year, add £9.50 set-up cost.) No increase guaranteed to end of 2009. You pay extra for routine treatments other than exams and X- rays as per published tariff.
